A unique feature of SBMPro is its ability to grant or deny access to a specific screen on a module by module basis. Access to a module is granted or denied based on the security features enabled for that particular user's profile.  If the box next to a particular module is checked, access is granted.  If the box is not checked, access is denied.

The below picture shows what a employee "Sample Employee's" Main Menu would look like with the GRANT BASIC RIGHTS option.  Notice that only the basic operational modules are have ENABLED (BLACK) LETTERS and all other modules are GRAYED OUT and can not be executed by a user.. 

Special Purchasing Dept Rights--When checked this user has the ability to approve requisitions on behalf of another user.  The user may be out of the office or unavailable.  When checked the user has the ability to input Purchase Orders or Approve Requisitions on behalf of another employee. 

Special Payroll Entry Rights--When checked this user has the ability Enter Time Record on behalf of another employee.  The Employee combo box is activated allowing the selection of any defined employee. 

Special Personnel Entry Rights--When checked this user has the ability to view employee records for all employees.  This would be a special feature granted to an employee responsible for personnel.
