The Misc Tab  is used to record Miscellaneous and Customer Contract information. 
SALES AGENT - The Sales Agent selection box is used to select the employee who is the customer's primary Sales Agent.    
Business Category - The Business Category field is used to record the customer's primary area or category of business. 
Customer Type - The Customer Type selection box is used to select the type of customer. The customer type selections can be changed by clicking the EDIT dialogue next to the selection box. 
Business URL/Web - The Business URL/Web field is used to record the customers business or personal web address. 
Business Description - The Business Description field is usd to record a basic description of the customers business or occupation. 
 

 

CUSTOMER CONTRACT DATA
Contract Number - The Contract Number field is used to record the customer's contract number.  The Contract Number field is an alphanumeric field.
Contract Date - The Contract Date field is used to record the customer's Contract Date.  The contract date should be entered in the format MM-DD-YY.
Contract Renewal Date - The Contract Renewal Date field is used to record the customer's Contract Renewal Date.  The contract Renewal date should be entered in the format MM-DD-YY.
Equipment Type - The Equipment Type field is used to record any specific model or equipment type that is utilized within the contract,  The equipment type field is an alphanumeric field. 
Contract Notes - The Contract Notes field is used to record any customer specific contract notes.
Contract 2 Notes - The Contract Notes 2 field is used to record additional  customer specific contract notes.
