The Alt Contacts Tab is used to enter second and third contact information. 
Secondary Contact Name - The secondary contact name field is used to enter the customer's secondary contact person's name. 
Secondary Contact Phone - the secondary contact phone field is used to record the secondary contact's phone number.  The secondary contact phone field is an alphanumeric field.
EXT - The EXT field is used to record the secondary contact person's extension. 
Secondary Contact Email - The secondary contact email field is used to enter the secondary contact's email address.  This field is an alphanumeric field.
Secondary Contact Notes - The secondary contact notes field is used to enter any specific secondary contact special information. 
Third Contact Name - The third contact name field is used to enter the customer's third contact person's name. 
Third Contact Phone - the third contact phone field is used to record the third contact's phone number.  The third contact phone field is an alphanumeric field.
EXT - The EXT field is used to record the third contact person's extension. 
Third Contact Email - The third contact email field is used to enter the third contact's email address.  This field is an alphanumeric field.
Third Contact Notes - The third contact notes field is used to enter any specific third contact special information.
