| The Customer Management System is designed to track vital customer information. |
| Primary Info Tab - the primary
info tab is used to record customer primary address and contact
information.
Note: Yellow fields are Mandatory fields. |
| Customer Name - The customer name field is used to record the customer full name. Enter the name here that you wish to display on the quote, lease or invoice. The customer name field is a mandatory field. |
| Primary Contact - the primary contact field is used to record the customer primary contact name. The primary contact field is used to record the name of a specific person or other person to be used for business to customer or business to business contacts. |
| Address 1 - The Address 1 field is used to record the primary address line information. The Address 1 field is a mandatory field. |
| Address 2 - The Address 2 field is used to record secondary address line information. |
| City/Town - The City/Town field is used to record the customer's city, town or village information. |
| State/Province - the State/Province field is used to record the customer's State or Province information. The State/Province field is a 2-3 digit abbreviation field. If the State is not in the list the state can be added by simply typing the new State, Province, Territory abbreviation in the box provided. |
| Postal Code - The postal code field is sued to enter postal or zip code information. This field is an alphanumeric field that will accept letters and numbers. |
| Country - The country combo box field is used to enter or lookup a 3 digit Country Abbreviation. When a new 3 digit country abbreviation is added, the user is prompted to "Add A New Country?". Enter Yes to Add a new country or NO to use the abbreviation for this customer only. |
| Primary Phone - The primary phone field is used to enter the customer's primary contact telephone number. This field is an alphanumeric field. |
| EXT - The EXT field is used to enter the customer's phone extension. This field is an alphanumeric field. |
| Fax - The FAX field is used to enter the customer's fax number. This field is an alphanumeric field. |
| Alternate Phone - The alternate phone field is used to enter the customer's alternate or secordary contact phone number. This field is an alphanumeric field. |
| Preferred Contact Method - The preferred contact method is used to indicate the customer's preferred method of contact (i.e. Cell Phone, Email, Telephone, ETC). |
| Cell Phone - The Cell Phone field is used to record the customer's cell phone number. This field is an alphanumeric field. |
| Pager - The Pager field is used to record the customer's pager number. The pager field is an alphanumeric field. |
| Email Address - The email address field is used enter the customer's email address. The email address field is an alphanumeric field. |
| Contact Notes - The Contact Notes field is used to record special customer contact notes. |
| Date Last Contacted - The date last contacted field is used to record the date and time the customer was last contacted. This information can be used for future scheduled contacts. |
