| The Databases Tab - The Databases Tab is used to set starting and Ending Fiscal Year period data used for general accounting. This tab is also used to track of Stating and Next Available Purchase Order Numbers, Invoice Numbers, Customer Numbers, Quote Numbers, Vendor Numbers, Requisition Numbers, and Journal Voucher Numbers. Note: These Parameters should NOT be changed unless directed by SBMPro Support. |
| FY Start - The FYStart Parameter is used to record that starting Fiscal Period. This parameter should be entered in the format of MM-DD-YYYY.. |
| FY End - The The FY End Parameter is used to set the Fiscal Year End date. This parameter should be entered in the format of MM-DD-YYYY.. |
| Starting No: - The Starting No field is used to display or set the starting tracking number. |
| Next No: - The Next No field is used to display or set the Next tracking number. |
