Company Information System is designed to keep track of all your companies vital information and to give you company a professional look and feed needed to give you the competitive edge.  Additionally included as a unique value added feature, SBMPro designed to allow product owners to track and operate multiple companies within one simple system.  All revenues, expenses, customers, and products are tracked by the unique company ID for custom company by company accounting.

Company Look Up - The Company Look up combo box is used to retrieve the current company.  If the current company is the ACTIVE company, status box in the middle of the form will light up green with an :ACTIVE" status.  If the current company is not the ACTIVE company the box will appear red with the words "InActive".  Transactions are only record against the active company.  
Company Picture/Logo - The Company Picture/Logo field is used add a custom logo/picture or name to be displayed as a unique company logo or brand.  A logo/Brand can be a powerful too if properly selected, marketed and backed by solid company values. 

From Clipart - The From Clipart button is used to add company logo or picture from the Windows or Corel Clip Art.  The Insert Object Dialogue is displayed where the user must select among the various clipart options and formats.

From File - The From File button is used to insert a picture or logo from a standard PIC or JPEG.  A PIC or JPEG file has the extension of ".pic" or ".jpeg".

Set Current Company As Active Company - The Set Current Company As Active Company button is used to set the currently visible company to tbe the Active Company.  The Active Company parameters will be used for all program functions once set.  The status box will appear green with the words "Active" for the current active company 
Delete Current Company - The Delete Current Company button is used to delete the currently visible company.  Company ID #1 is the default company and can not be deleted.  It is recommended that your main company utilize ID #1.  
Add New Company - The Add New company button is used to add a new company.  The newly added company will be inactive until activated.
Save Record - The Save Record button is used to save changes to the current company record.  Yellow background fields are mandatory and must contain data before saving.
Exit - The Exit button is used to exit the Company Information System and return back to the Company system Sub-Menu.
GENERAL TAB FIELDS
Company ID - The Company ID field is used to display the current company's unique ID.
Status - The Status field is used to display the current company's Status.  The Status may be Active or Inactive.  Only changes to the Active Company affect the current reporting program options.  
Company Name - The Company Name field is used to display or change the current Company Name.   
Address 1 - The Address 1 field is used to enter the company's primary address.
Address 2 - The Address 2 field is sued to enter the company's secondary address.
City/Town - The City/Town field is used to enter the company's City, or Town.
State/Province - The State/Province fields is used to enter the State, Region or Province abbreviation.  If a state or region is entered that is not in the list, the program will prompt the user to add a new State, Province or Region.  .  
Postal Code - The Postal Code fields is used to a the company's postal or zip code.  The Postal Code field is a 15 character alphanumeric (Letters and numbers) field. 
Primary Phone - The Primary Phone Field is used to display or change the company's primary phone number.  The Primary Phone field is a 33 character alphanumeric field. 
Fax - The Fax Field is used to display or change the company's primary fax number.  The Fax field is a 33 character alphanumeric field. 
Country - The Country fields is used to enter the Country abbreviation, Region or Province identifier.  If a state or region is entered that is not in the list, the program will prompt the user to add a new State, Province or Region. 
Company Message - The Company Message field is used to display or change the global company message that appears on all invoices and quotes.
General Description Notes - The General Description Notes field is used to display of change general notes about the company.
